My bathroom wall is ugly. And bare. And needs something on it to not look so depressing. Bathrooms should not be ugly. Or bare. Or depressing.
Sad, sad bare ugly depressing bathroom wall. (ignore the washcloth...)So while taking a bubble bath the idea struck me (well maybe that was the shampoo falling on my head) that I should make a wall hanging for the bathroom.
It was cuter in my head than what it actually turned into. But not altogether unpleasant methinks!

Happy bathroom wall! (again, ignore the washcloth!) Now my wall isn't quite so lonely or bored or depressed. And it's cuter!
I decided to do a rag quilt type wall hanging. Because lets face it, bathrooms aren't fancy... so I figured this little guy should be a little sloppy looking. And he turned out just perfect.
Again, not as cute as when it was in my head, but it will do. Have you noticed how it's kind of leaning a little. Yeah I'm going to pretend I did that on purpose, but I guess it kind of fits...

Simple, but it does make a difference to the otherwise empty, boring wall. Good job!
I love this. I was thinking it would be super cool as a rug and to have your kid stand on each section of it as they do that. Maybe my kid would actually floss her teeth that way. Very cool!
