Bloggers Without Boundries

So for my pest-be-gone wall hanging, everyone has been leaving such awesome comments. They have looked, chuckled and cheered me on, understanding what the message is that I'm trying to get across. They understand that sometimes knuckle heads don't respond or understand. They also understand I'm trying to do it with a sense of humor.

I've been getting a kick out of your replies.

Until today when this lovely person posted this:

I feel it's offensive and passive agressive behavior. Have you ever said, "I know you took the time to come to see me/us, but I just don't want any company today. Maybe you could call me tomorrow and we'll set up a time to get together." It's truthful, kind, and handled in a mature way. You, and many others, may find it funny but I doubt you'd feel that way if someone hung that on their door and you dropped by to say "hi." But as they say, "opinions are like noses...everybody has one."

Um...excuse me? So many things wrong with this person! Let's count them, shall we?

1. This is my blog, my home, and my sign. If you don't like what it says, you're welcome to leave.
2. Sometimes people just don't respond to "nice". Sometimes you just can't get the person to leave, without being "passive aggressive".
3. Guess what? I think it's funny and so does the seventeen comments before yours from people with an actual sense of humor.
4. Get a life.

Decided I had to vent about people who feel it's their "Duty" to come and tell me how to live my life and write my blog. You know what? Mean comments have no place living in my blog, so it's been deleted. Except now, jerk who doesn't even have the guts to post with a real name, you have been eternally stuck in the category of "petty-meddler" because I've blogged about you.

*steps off soapbox*
